Registration Requirements:

  • Admission request of parents, relatives or an organization
  • Referral from a partner
  • Receipt of request (To be specific)
  • Provide a birth certificate
  • Provide a death certificate of the mother
  • Identification of the parent or applicant
  • Medical examination of the child (required prior to admission)
  • Provide a family discharge document
  • A signed contract between the applicant and the orphanage

Required Documents:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Death Certificate of the mother or father
  • A medical certificate prohibiting the mother from breastfeeding her child
  • The baby medical records
  • A request for support
  • Parental discharge
  • Copy of the parents’ identification cards

NB: The Investigation Committee will receive the application which will be processed carefully.
